Kids Stuffs Year 2011 - Feb

This entry is to compress the kids activities during this one year cos I was too lazy to blog for being more efficient (like he suggested).

Feb, we celebrated CNY (like the rest of the years) in Singapore with our families,

They also gets to go to the zoo like every year,

He also bought them to fly kite,

We went back home on the fourth day...

Year 2011

A very eventful year...

We moved our shop last Raya 2010 to the new premises and the workers managed to stay a bit longer. Thus allows for me to concentrate more on the distributing company and Ah Wei.

The distributing company is more self providing but we cannot affort another staff... it could be better but due to the restrictions that boss have instructed, really its a "tight hand tight leg". Then the break-in before Raya this year and the messed up MSIG, took us two months to get back just 5 thousands, then it was us kept calling them up. So, thumbs down on MSIG, really messy company that do not know their procedures. The last time we deal with AXA on the flooding issue on our shop was a breeze, just two weeks with the same amount.

Ah Wei... I am speachless... I thought that he can improve during this one year, but he have been painfully slow... still so "baby" like. Now he is in Tadika Chim, I am so worried that he might be "kick out" anytime now.

But still, life have been good, we managed to go on the Baby Fair in Hong Kong earlier this year, then to UK and Ireland in Sep. Though after that, things just goes down hill, but the nice memories still lingers in my mind.

Now 2012, we are back to square one without any workers, Ting & Wei are struggling with first year in Standard 1 (still very new to me, my version of Primary 1) and Tadika (cos, my version of Kindergarden). My unkeen house, which I sort of let it to rot stage. The soon to take off new distributing company which I most probably do not have time to take care. Stuffs that I would very much loved to do but could not...

So welcome 2012! I am nervous... c'est la vie

Hong Kong Jan 2011 - Part 2

The second and third day was very cold, about 7C. But the fourth day started to warm up again... we still wear a bit thicker, just in case...

Wong Tai Sin Temple was the first place we visited that day...

Then, we took the Star Ferry...

After which, we took a bus from the Central Exchange to Aberdeen, have a very nice HK roasted lunch there, then took the free Jumbo resturant boat to the Jumbo, then back to Aberdeen...

Then, another bus to Stanley... Vincent enjoyed looking at the Repluse Bay and Deep Water Bay on the way there...

After coming back from Stanley, we went to have a look at Lan Kwai Foong, Vincent was disappointed (I already told him so)...

Then, for the 6pm Peak Tram...

So many people...

Just for this...

Million dollar view... enough...

The last day, we quickly shopped for some winter clothes for the kids then shoes for Vincent, then nearly miss the flight as the traffic was very bad in Central...

Vincent only have one thing to say about HK... the people looks so lonely and unhappy there...

Hong Kong Jan 2011 - Part 1

We were in HK for the Toy & Baby Products Fair 11 - 14 Jan. The Air Asia flight was a very early morning flight, landed in HK at about 10:30am. We loaded our Octopus in the airport then proceed to take the airport bus to North Point. We stayed at Ibis, which is just on top of North Point MTR station.

Times Square
We walked around Causewaybay then settled on some foodcourt for lunch.

Temple Street
We walked around Temple Street at night and ate at Mak's noddle before heading to Star walk and the Symphony of stars show at the harbour.

We spent the whole second day in HKDTC for the trade show, then night time we walked around Harbour City.

Third day, we have a wonderful dimsum at Maxim's (actually Singapore's much better but the setting is nice there). Then the rest of the day, we walked around in Central, taking the escalators uphill. Then we walked around Ladies market, Garden street, then Jardine crescent.

Nice view from Ibis
